Psychoeducational Assessment

Comprehensive Assessment of Learning and Attention Issues:

Assessment of School-related issues, learning disabilities (LD), giftedness, attention deficit, hyperactivity, and social-emotional functioning in both Children and Adults.

The assessment examines cognitive and learning profile to determine areas of strength and need and to investigate whether a learning or attention disorder is impacting academic, work and daily functioning. It includes a screening of social-emotional functioning/mental health screening.

A Psychoeducational Assessment typically involves 6-8 hours of direct testing and completion of intake forms and behaviorual / clinical questionnaires. The entire assessment (including intakes, interviews, testing, scoring, file review, clinical formulation, feedback session, and report writing) can take between 15 to 25 hours to complete.

A Psychoeducational Assessment can be completed fully in-person or in a hybrid fashion, where you complete the cognitive and academic portions of the assessment in person and the remaining components virtually (Via Phone, Video, and Online Measures and Forms).
